As the Director of Operations at KGTiger, I oversee the global operations of a leading HR solutions provider that offers employer of record (EOR) and professional employer organization (PEO) services to clients across different countries. I have over 12 years of progressive experience in HR, PEO, and EOR, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and multiple certifications in HR and payroll systems.
