About me

In my most recent role as a Retentions Specialist, I handled customer chats related to report issues, effectively communicating and negotiating with clients to increase loyalty and retain their business. I spent a significant amount of time developing and proposing solutions, often involving offers for lower prices or other incentives such as free shipping or account credits. 

 

Prior to this role, I worked as a Real Estate Appointment Setter, an Assistant Account Manager, and an Insurance Verifier, where I honed my skills in lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM management, and data entry. I consistently ensured accuracy in all tasks and was proactive in communicating with clients for data confirmation and follow-ups. 

 

In addition, I have also held positions as a Chat Support, Credit Repair, and Outbound Sales Representative. I take pride in my ability to build strong commercial relationships, act as a liaison between companies and clients, and promote and sell products and services effectively.

 

I am particularly proud of my experience as a Sales Associate, where I contributed to the creation of sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions. Additionally, I resolved product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and proposing the best possible solutions.
