Before shifting my career, I worked as a manager in a fast food restaurant for 10 years, ensuring compliance of the store team to all standard operating procedures of the company. Before resigning, my last position was as an Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 for 5 years, and in those 5 years, my Key Result Areas were variable costs of the store, such as Food Cost and Paper Cost, Inventory Management and Control, Labor Cost, Building and Equipment Maintenance, analysis and control measures of Profit and  Loss Statement.
