I’m Roselle and I’m applying for the SMM Position, Concerning my experience as an SMM, I handle Facebook, Instagram, X(Twitter), TikTok, and Youtube. I use CANVA for the graphics, and for scheduling I use Meta Business Suite, Google Suite, Heropost, Buffer, and Notion, and for editing reels, I use CAPCUT AND ADOBE PREMIERE Pro. I also update KPIs or Key Performance Indicators to measure the performance against predetermined targets, measure success,
identify areas for improvement, and compare progress against industries, I also create SOP(standard operating procedure). I am also in a ministry and I handle big groups.

Engagement with the audience, responding to comments and messages Using hashtags is also effective in growing the account, utilizing analytics regularly to monitor the account performance,
adjust strategies as needed and Using trendy and relevant content can increase your visibility on the platform.
